Here at Fort Walton Beach Auto Brokers we have financing available for almost everyone. If you are one of the lucky ones who have maintained a good credit rating we have very competitive interest rates. All we usually need is a credit application and identification to qualify you. Many of our customers will elect to use our sources to keep credit availability with their bank in case of an emergency. Just give us a call.

If you think your financing needs will be a challenge because of slow credit, bad credit, medical collections, divorce, bankruptcy, first time buyer, etc, Chances are you'll need special financing. Don't worry, we can usually help. In today's economy the banks are still lending lots of money. However they are becoming more cautious and will often require some proof of the items you declare in your credit application. For your convenience we have provided a list of the 3 most common items the bank will want to see for credit approval.

1. PROOF OF INCOME:

   • W2 EMPLOYEES:
     Paystub with year-to-date total. If employed for less than one year your last paystub from your previous employer will be required.
   • SELF EMPLOYED:
     Most recent tax returns with schedule "C". If tax returns are unavailable than your last three months bank statements may work.
   • MILITARY:
     Current L.E.S. with date of separation.

2. PROOF OF RESIDENCE:

   • One recurring bill in your name for your current address, such as electric, cable, water, trash, etc. No past due bills please.  In some cases an entire phone bill is required. Your cell phone bill is okay.

3. REFERENCES:

   • 6 total references with at least 4 family members. Name, address, and phone number are required. No two references can live together or with you.
